We have big ambitions and will be expanding into multiple European markets starting with Finland by the end of 2021. We are searching for a skilled, self-driven and structured financial controller to a newly created position in our accounting team. The position reports to the Head of Group Accounting.
- Lead the monthly and yearly closing and reporting process (including consolidation and elimination)
- Participate in the group’s annual statutory financial statements and tax returns
- Contribute to improvements, standardization and efficiency in our processes
- Key resource on accounting issues
- Participate on establishing, implement and follow-up reporting processes from our subsidiaries abroad
- Follow up on our R&D and other projects
- Ad hoc tasks and projects
- Master's degree in Accounting, Business or other Finance related subject with strong academical results
- Minimum 4 years experience from relevant position, preferably from a finance function in an international company/group or a global audit firm
- Strong knowledge of accounting, accounting standards (IFRS and NGAAP) and tax
- Strong interest in IT and system development to improve finance and accounting processes
- Good communication skills in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken
