Due to continued increasing activity levels for Norwegian and international clients in the Renewables sector, Clarksons Platou Securities AS is looking to hire further professionals to join the Investment Banking advisory team in Oslo.

 Clarksons Platou Securities AS has a dedicated Renewables team advising clients globally on capital raising in the equity and debt capital markets, M&A and strategy/growth. We aim to be a market leader and a trusted advisor within our core sectors, and have during the last years completed multiple renewables transactions. Our strong investment banking product in Renewables goes hand in hand with a well-respected research franchise and our global market leading renewables shipbroking team. Clarksons Platou Securities is part of Clarksons Plc, the largest global maritime provider of brokerage, research, advisory and financial services with more than 1 600 employees in 23 countries.

 We are looking for a senior Investment Banking advisor with several years of renewable energy experience from Investment Banking or other related industries such as consulting, private equity, accounting or from the industry.

The candidate must have strong analytical skills, be commercially minded, show high motivation and work capacity and be a team player. Strong communication skills are a requirement and the candidate must be fluent in written and oral English.

The candidate can expect to be a part of an energetic and hardworking team, have varied and interesting tasks, including company valuations, financial analysis, prepare presentations, and active pitching and transaction execution exposure.
