Hydroscand Group is looking for a Head of Global HR

Main accountabilities:

  • Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
  • Develop and implement ‘Performance management’ across the group
  • Focus on succession planning and talent management
  • Develop and fully implement Hydroscand academy
  • Formulate career development plans
  • Lead employer branding efforts
  • Work with cost competitiveness
  • Support the Business units with analysis and planning to develop the business strategy to deliver the expected profitable growth
  • Lead, coach and develop managers to grow our employees
  • Support both group-wide and local projects and activities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education or experience (University degree)
  • Leadership experience within HR function > 15 yrs
  • International experience
  • Fluent in English (preferably also additional languages)
  • Excellent track record of customer focused service delivery, B2B with multiple distribution channels
  • Previous experience of process development/continuous improvements and change management
  • Highly developed project management skills (i.e. initiating, execute and follow-up projects)
  • Ability to travel in work

Personal profile:

  • Good understanding and experience in dealing with different cultures and levels of experience/education, also on managerial level
  • Ability to develop and grow managers and employees
  • Understand the market and plan ahead whilst understanding wider implications of actions
  • Strong ability to influence people, lead and coach a team
  • Strong communication skills
