Chief Financial Officer – CFO

Our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a driving force in the transformation of the company and will be a key advisor to the CEO and the Board of Directors in shaping the company’s strategy from a financial perspective.

The CFO is responsible for all strategic and tactical matters related to planning, reporting, operational performance monitoring and control, funding and risk management.

To succeed in this role you have robust skills within advanced financing solutions and capex management within an asset intensive industry.  Experience with driving operational performance improvement, change management is required and you need to have strong functional CFO experience from an international business environment. 

As an executive leader you must be capable of envisioning change in a credible manner, inspire and engage colleagues as well executing agreed actions with confidence. All within an operationally complex organisation with strong focus on digital transformation and operational excellence. The position will be based in Oslo.
