We are seeking a dedicated Accountant. As our new Accountant your job will be to ensure the complete and compliant accounting of business transactions, as well as the reporting of resulting financial information within all applied accounting principles and for tax purposes. This role involves driving standardization and optimization of interfaces towards accounting, especially sub-ledgers such as assets and accounts payable.
Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting to the Group (IFRS).
- Assist in the preparation of Annual Accounts (NGAAP), including audit documentation.
- Ensure all month-end processes are completed on a timely basis.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focusing on organizational efficiency, data quality improvement, and process optimization.
- Responsible for external statistical reporting.
- Assist in VAT reporting.
- Maintain close communication with Group Accounting, Shared Service Center (Poland), Principal back-office (Netherlands), and Business Controllers.
- Communicate with auditors during interim and year-end audits.

We believe the ideal candidate is efficient, has a strong sense of responsibility, and is highly structured. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team. Your ability to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes will also be crucial in this role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Understanding of accounting standards (NGAAP, IFRS), with experience in an international environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English.
