We're looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join our united, dedicated, and enthusiastic team at LINK Mobility, Europe’s leading provider of mobile messaging.

It’s an exciting time to join LINK as we develop our award-winning communications platform as a service (CPaaS) offerings in this rapidly advancing tech industry.
The position will report directly to the CFO and will focus on Investor Relations (IR) activities, assisting Management in delivering clear and precise messaging to stakeholders, including shareholders, analysts, investors, and the media. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic work and analysis for the group alongside management. The head office is located in Oslo, but with a global investor base, some travel will be required.
Success in this role requires a candidate with strong execution skills who thrives in a dynamic and results-driven organization. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and ready to handle a broad range of tasks within their area of expertise.
YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Maintain, develop and administer the strategy and execution of Investor Relations domain
- Involve the company's management in relevant situations concerning IR
- Maintain overview of financial performance, product portfolio and M&A activity through establishing relations with relevant functions in LINK
- Maintain and administer shareholder and investor database tools in order to identify and report ownership trends etc.
- Continuously update and maintain IR material, prepare quarterly results presentations and tailor messages to relevant stakeholders
- Continuously work to expand the company's investor base
- Develop tool for analyzing and monitoring peer performance and the competitive landscape
- Manage requests from analysts and investors
- Work together with CEO/CFO and the rest of Group Leadership Team on various strategic projects
WE HOPE YOU HAVE
- Higher education within finance, MBA/MSc or equivalent
- 2 – 4 years relevant experience from a similar position, investment banking or consulting
- Experience from technology sector will be considered an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and quantitative characteristics
- Ability to produce sophisticated presentation material
- High proficiency in English and Norwegian, both written and orally
