Head of Group Business Controlling to an international and listed company within finance

B2 Impact ASA is looking for a dedicated and professionally skilled Head of Group Business Controlling to join our team at the head office in Vika, Oslo. You will have a central position with great opportunity to influence the function and further develop the business performance in the Group. Furthermore, you will lead the Group controlling function and be responsible for Group reporting and analysis to the Group management and to the Board of Directors, as well as providing value added input to Investor Relations. There are short decision-making paths and opportunities for both professional and personal development. The position will be responsible for managing a team of two Business Controllers and will report to the Group CFO.


Main responsibilities: 

• responsible for ongoing reporting and analyses for the Group
• responsible for the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes
• lead and develop employees in the department, including personnel responsibility for two Business Controllers
• prepare management reports, high-quality analyses and various decision-making bases both for the Group management and the Board of Directors
• lead and run improvement and development projects to ensure an efficient and forward-looking finance function
• be a sparring partner for the Group CFO and work closely with other Group functions
• build and maintain relationships with the business segments, business unit CFO’s and other internal stakeholders
• ad hoc reporting, analyses and projects

Desired qualifications: 

• Master’s degree within finance/economy
• minimum 7 years’ experience from a similar role, finance, auditing, controlling or CFO in smaller set-ups
• solid skills in Excel and the Office package in general
• competence in relevant analysis tools such as Power BI or similar is an advantage
• English language proficiency. Fluent in Norwegian is an advantage, but not a requirement
