Senior Project Manager Finance Transformation to Heimstaden

To support our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen the team with a new Senior Project Manager. We have not had this role in the team before, meaning that you will have strong influence in developing the role, and considering the rapid pace in Heimstaden, in an international work environment, we can certainly promise you an exciting challenge. You will work together with a growing, ambitious, and hard-working team situated at our office in Oslo. The position is part of the Finance Transformation team, and you will report to our Director of Finance Transformation. As the team is growing, the right candidate will also have the possibility to take on more responsibilities related to managing the project management team and the overall project portfolio within the team.

You will be responsible for: 
Initiating, leading, executing and delivering on a various set of long-term improvement projects within the CFO area, such as;
  • standardizing financial processes across the group – defining our way of working
  • structuring of onboarding processes when entering new markets/countries
  • analyzing the finance organizations and the finance processes across the group to identify potential improvement actions to support further scalable growth
  • establish and oversee the way we work with data, reporting and business definitions to define similar business language across the entire group
  • further develop our operational governance structure on how we the manage the business, define and follow-up on our KPIs and how to secure sufficient control mechanisms on the way
  • continuously improve our system infrastructure within the finance area, mainly related to the implementation of a new group ERP solution, covering several finance related modules and processes (in strong collaboration with the IT & Digital team)
  • challenging the way we operate today, exploring new ways of structuring finance related processes across the group and continuously seek to improve the business processes and system infrastructure in place

To be our dream candidate, we believe you have: 
  • earned an MSc in finance, economics, business administration or other relevant degree
  • preferably 5-10 years of relevant experience with background from management consulting or from within the CFO area, with a strong desire to focus more on specific projects to support and improve the day-to-day operations within the CFO area and related parts of the organisation
  • been a part of one or several of such transformation projects in previous jobs, and can relate to issues at hand, and can immediately contribute with solutions and a robust toolbox for the journey ahead
  • excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English and at least one of the Scandinavian languages.
  • strong interest and passion of working in the cross-section of finance and IT.
